 In the middle of 2022, I received a notification that there will be extra $10,000 in property tax next year!
I made a mock-up that I would get extra income to cover it. One day, I was contacted by an HR recruiter from a Tech company for an interview. The opening matched perfectly with my expertise and I got the job offer very quickly. The new job provides me with a better working environment and the extra income for the increased property tax.
