This Six-Week Class Is Open To Men who have taken Meditation for Men (I) or the equivalent.​

This as an online class that you can access from any private place with an internet connection.  Login information will be provided upon registration.

• Maintain your own male energy.
• Recognize your own female energy.
• Become aware of how the need to reproduce dominates your mind
• Find relief from the need to “do something,” so you can just be yourself
• Recognize the energy of your mother and its role in your life.
• See the different goals men and women often bring to any conversation
• Work with the vastly different approaches that men and women often bring to handling “problems.”
• Recognize what is and is not "your problem" to solve or heal.

​Hello, men.
Welcome back to your inner world. In this class you will have the opportunity to continue to experience the peace and solitude that lie within you. You can learn how to maintain your own male energy in your body and aura. We’ll have a chance to look at the difference between male and female energies, and how this can lead to mis-communication between men and women. You’ll have an environment in which you can discover the nature of your own female energy (yes, men have female energy) and to learn the difference between that and the female energy that nurtured you for so long: your mother. You will acquire spiritual tools and techniques you can use for the rest of your life.
