About Rev Judith Catalano
In 2009 I brought together a group of capable and experienced clairvoyant spiritual teachers.  We worked together to create a sanctuary for sensitive people called the Community Church For Spiritual Growth. Along with its classroom seminary, the San Jose Psychic Institute.  In the seminary we teach "everyday people" how to connect with and use their spiritual abilities. 
                                                                                                                     
I specialize in reading people who want to open up to their own spiritual abilities.  I enjoy empowering people to use their abilities as means of enriching their lives, instead of hiding those abilities or pretending that they are not real.

Judith had been featured on television and radio.  She has also been highlighted in numerous magazine interviews. With over 30 years of experience she has done well over 5,000 psychic readings.  She has taught 1,000s of people how safely use their own spiritual abilities for better living.

Judith is the Director of Spiritual Training at the San Jose Psychic Institute.  She teaches beginning spiritual abilities classes and the Clairvoyant Program.  She offers 1-hour psychic readings that are on a specific topic of your choice.  Your reading includes a healing if you desire. 

Judith offers free half hour psychic readings called "Energy Checks" to students that are enrolled in a 6-week class. This is a space to check in  and validate your spiritual growth and the changes you are making in life by using the spiritual tools you have learned in class.  Students are entitled 1 Energy Check per class.

Meet Reverend Judith Catalano, one of the co-founders behind the establishment of the Community Church for Spiritual Growth. ​Can you describe a specific instance where your clairvoyant abilities provided insight or guidance that had a significant impact on someone’s life? How did this experience unfold, and what were the outcomes?In our teachings, we cover clairvoyance, which involves perceiving energy from the space located just above the forehead – commonly referred to as the ‘third eye.’ Every person possesses this potential, and it’s time for everyone to tap into it. So, when you inquire about this, you’re essentially delving into something quite interesting.

Throughout my extensive experience, having conducted over 6,000 sessions, I’ve realized that as a psychic reader, I’m not only interpreting others but also learning about myself in the process. Each individual who comes to us becomes like a psychic book, a unique text to decipher.
Imagine this hypothetical scenario: I close my eyes to read someone, and I observe a dark, crackling energy situated at the back of their head. This energy corresponds to the spiritual aspect of the physical body. It appears like tightly bound energy around the neck and upper back – perhaps akin to fibromyalgia or simply tension.

How do you ensure that your readings or interpretations respect the privacy and well-being of the individuals seeking your guidance?Initially, I was considering the ethical aspect of readings, wondering about the ethical implications in this field. Then, it clicked – you’re referring to the image of TV psychics or individuals resembling gypsy psychics. Let me clarify, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with gypsy psychics; it’s merely a term. What you’re pointing towards is a viewpoint that could be described as atheistic, where the existence of spirits is questioned.
In the realm of psychic work, there indeed exist practitioners who could be labeled as charlatans. However, when it comes to our practice, we operate within a spiritual community. In a psychic reading, it’s a form of communication between spirits. We don’t impose instructions or dictate actions. We view everyone as a creative being and respect their autonomy. Our approach is centered on acknowledging and greeting the individual’s true essence – a timeless, creative spirit within a human vessel.

We’ve established a written agreement that clients read and sign before their sessions. This emphasizes our stance as not being typical psychic advisors who offer step-by-step solutions for certain outcomes. Our approach is distinct.

As for confidentiality, since we approach this from a spiritual perspective, it’s akin to a confessional. When someone sits before us, they’re baring their soul, and we hold this act in the highest regard. Our respect for their privacy is unwavering. We don’t casually share what we perceive, even though this might put us at a disadvantage in terms of publicity.
Indeed, there might be misconceptions, like equating ‘clairvoyance’ with ‘psychic’ abilities. To clear the air, ‘clairvoyance’ is derived from the French term meaning ‘clear seeing,’ while ‘psychic’ originates from the Greek word meaning ‘of the spirit.’ We’re not just dabbling in mere psychic activities; our focus is on nurturing spiritual capabilities.

Healing can take various forms, from physical to emotional and spiritual. Could you share a case where your healing practices contributed to a notable transformation or recovery in someone’s health or well-being? What modalities or techniques did you employ?My perspective on this is centered around a core principle – healing from within, from your very essence as a spiritual being. You, as a spiritual being, are the creator of your own physical form. This fundamental idea shapes our teachings. We guide individuals in understanding and harnessing their spiritual anatomy within the context of the human body.
When you mention psychological, neurological, and emotional aspects, our approach involves holistic healing. As spirits, we aren’t isolated fragments. For instance, when dealing with emotions, we address the second chakra and even the amygdala in the brain. These aspects contribute to mental image pictures present in your personal energy field, which subsequently influence your thoughts and actions. By identifying and clearing out those mental image pictures that aren’t authentically yours, we address the psychological dimension.
While psychology is a human construct designed to decipher human behavior, our approach transcends such frameworks. We don’t operate within the confines of conventional psychology, which often involves years of cyclical analysis. What we can achieve in about five minutes often takes others a decade of therapy. This difference stems from our spiritual perspective, which bypasses the complexities of human-created systems.
Observing the field of psychiatry, I hold immense respect for it, having friends both within and outside the profession seeking readings and healings from me. However, I perceive a detachment in its approach, often aligned with analytical and atheistic viewpoints. It seems clinical and detached, lacking a holistic understanding of the human experience.

Of course, I’m not dismissing medical interventions entirely. If I were to break my arm, I’d undoubtedly seek medical attention. Our approach is distinctive – we address the spirit within the body, facilitating profound healing at the spiritual level. When this internal healing occurs, tangible changes manifest externally.
Many people are interested in harnessing the power of manifestation to achieve their goals. Can you provide an example of a time when you effectively guided someone through the process of manifesting their desires? What key steps or principles were involved in this manifestation journey?Absolutely, the power to create and manifest is one of your inherent spiritual abilities. Alongside this, there’s the ability to heal.
As spiritual beings, we originate from a state of well-being, and you are fundamentally a creator. Remarkably, everything that unfolds in your reality is a product of your creation – whether it’s positive, negative, attractive, or challenging. This philosophy forms the foundation of our introductory course known as ‘Tap into Your True Self.’ This course delves deep into this concept, and we dedicate two comprehensive classes to it.
In this learning journey, you acquire a foundational spiritual tool referred to as the ‘mock up’ tool. It’s essentially a technique for creating your desired outcomes. Our website’s blog page and testimonials offer detailed examples, providing insights into the range of things that students have manifested using this tool.
Personally, I can share some instances of what I’ve manifested over the last two decades. For instance, I haven’t purchased my own car in 20 years. I’ve utilized the mock up tool to attract new cars as gifts from others. This process often involves invoking our healing masters to assist us in these manifestations. Even in everyday scenarios like going to a shopping center, I employ this technique to easily secure a prime parking spot right upfront.
Moreover, I recall wanting a specific pair of shoes. As someone who isn’t fond of traditional shoe shopping, I put out the image of the desired shoes in my mind, with the condition that they be on sale. To my amazement, I spotted the exact pair at a non-specialty store called Ross department store. These shoes were in my size and marked down to a mere $12. This experience illustrated once more how we integrate the manifestation tool into our lives.

How do you help individuals overcome potential obstacles such as self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or conflicting intentions that might hinder their ability to successfully manifest their desires?Manifestation often hinges on aligning your thoughts with energetic connections. However, assisting individuals in surmounting obstacles like self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or conflicting tensions that obstruct their successful manifestation is crucial.

This is an excellent question. In our ‘Tap into Your True Self’ foundational class, we deeply explore this aspect. One particular module, occurring in the fifth week of the curriculum, is titled ‘Happiness.’
Challenges such as self-doubt and conflicting ideals embody energies that you, as a spirit, have absorbed. Your inherent ability as a creator can be likened to a natural flow. I recall my childhood, a time when I was distinctly aware of this process. If I desired something, I’d visualize it, project the mental image, and within a week, it would materialize – be it a new shirt or a toy. My young understanding communicated with the supreme being that creation is simple and enjoyable, an innate spiritual aptitude.

Our innate ability to create is effortless and enjoyable. Yet, societal influences such as parental teachings, religious doctrines, governmental structures, and sociocultural norms often imbue us with notions of struggle and limitation. We might hear that life is arduous, or that one must toil vigorously to achieve desires. However, as spiritual beings, our creation originates from a state of ease.

What we do in our teachings is work with the specific energies you mentioned. Various individuals grapple with distinct hindrances residing within their energetic space. Examples include beliefs like ‘you can’t surpass your father’ or ‘you can’t have more than your sister.’ These mental images are energy patterns that contribute to self-doubt. Interestingly, the voice of self-doubt is often not your own; it’s influenced by beings inhabiting your space.
